Huawei sẽ hợp tác với các hãng xe hơi truyền thống để sản xuất xe điện mang thương hiệu Aito, nhằm tăng cường sự hiện diện trong thị trường này.

Theo ông Yu, Huawei sẽ sử dụng tối đa công suất của các nhà sản xuất xe hơi.
Theo hồ sơ của Seres, công ty đã bán tổng cộng 80.000 xe Aito trang bị hệ điều hành HarmonyOS của Huawei trong năm 2022, tăng 6 lần so với một năm trước.
Huawei bị ảnh hưởng từ hàng loạt lệnh cấm vận của Mỹ vì lo ngại nguy cơ an ninh quốc gia. Các lệnh trừng phạt đã khiến Huawei không thể mua linh kiện quan trọng, cũng như sử dụng hệ điều hành Google Android. Nó còn tác động đến quan hệ đối tác với các hãng xe toàn cầu, dẫn đến việc từ bỏ các công nghệ xe hơi thông minh của Huawei trong 2 năm qua.
Dù vậy, Giám đốc tài chính Mạnh Vãn Chu khẳng định, Huawei đã thoát khỏi “chế độ khủng hoảng” vào năm ngoái và quay lại kinh doanh như bình thường. Không chỉ có vậy, Huawei còn phát triển công cụ tự động hóa thiết kế điện tử (EDA) đối với sản xuất chip 14nm trở lên và thay thế hơn 13.000 linh kiện bị cấm vận trong các sản phẩm của mình.
